Upon your arrival at Chandigarh via train or flight, our driver will be there to greet you. From Chandigarh, we will embark on a scenic 4-hour drive to Shimla, passing through Barog and Solan. Along the way, we’ll make stops for lunch and comfort breaks. Depending on the time, you can explore the Mall Road of Shimla in the evening, featuring heritage buildings like Christ Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theater, Lower Bazaar, Lakkar Bazaar, and the Tibetan market.
On the second day of the Spiti Valley Summer Group Tour 2024, kick-start your day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an exhilarating road journey to Sangla Valley. As you leave Shimla, you’ll check out of the hotel and traverse through the picturesque villages of Fagu, Theog, Matiana, Narkanda, and Rampur, renowned for their apple, apricot, and cherry orchards. A lunch break is scheduled after Rampur, and by evening, you’ll arrive at Sangla Valley. The meal plan for the day includes both breakfast and dinner.

The first destination is Chitkul, situated at an elevation of 3,450 meters/11,318 feet, merely 10 kilometers away and a 40-minute drive. Known as the last Indian village on the Indo-Tibet Border in Baspa Sangla Valley, Chitkul is like a scene from a fairy tale. Take a leisurely walk around the village, soaking in the stunning landscapes and enjoying the enchanting atmosphere.

From there, we proceed to Tabo, situated at an altitude of 3,280 meters/10,760 feet, covering a distance of 210 kilometers over approximately 9 hours.
